  1. So I’ve been a key holder for a year. I have not called out sick once. The last two weeks I was out with COVID. At this time, I’ve accured 53 hrs of sick time. Yet both times I called out my manager did not apply my sick time or ask if I wanted to use it before she did payroll, after I notified her I wouldnt be in and had doctors notes. How do I get reimbursed? There is no reason for her to of not put it in so what do I do to go above her?

    • call the district manager. make sure you keep track of the days and hours worked and all the relevant information. i would also advise recording any future conversations with your manager. iโ€™m having similar issues with being targeted by management at my store.

  2. Weโ€™ve been told that we are not allowed to get sick or call in at my location. If we call out we get a write up. So are we not allowed to call out? And is this part of the policy that we are forced to work when not feeling well
